These Terms of Service govern your use of MainStreetPage.

By using MainStreetPage, you agree to these terms.

MainStreetPage is a service for building and hosting simple business websites.

It is designed for simple, fast websites and related tools such as hours tracking, contact forms, custom domains, and optional support.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account
• You are responsible for keeping your login information secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

You keep ownership of the content you upload, enter, or publish through MainStreetPage.

You give us permission to host, store, display, process, and publish that content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you publish, including text, images, videos, logos, hours, and business information.

You are also responsible for making sure you have the legal right to use that content.

You may not use MainStreetPage to publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.

• No content that violates copyright, trademark, or other rights
• No malware, phishing, or harmful code
• No unlawful scams, impersonation, or fraud
• No use that interferes with the service or other users

MainStreetPage offers monthly and yearly billing.

• Monthly plans are prorated if canceled, with a $1 minimum charge
• Yearly plans are not prorated
• Sales tax may apply
• Payments are processed by Stripe

The optional support add-on is a monthly service for simple updates.

• It is intended for things like text changes, image swaps, hours updates, contact info updates, and small layout tweaks
• It is not prorated once started for the month
• Availability may be limited

The site migration add-on is for simple existing websites and does not include design changes.

Custom design or more complex work may require a separate agreement or quote.

If we help manage your domain, you still own your domain.

If you leave MainStreetPage, there is no extra fee for moving your domain to another provider or website, but the transfer may require coordination outside the platform.

Email forwarding is available only when we manage the domain.

We aim to keep MainStreetPage available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

Features may change over time.

You may stop using MainStreetPage at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal rights involved.

MainStreetPage is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MainStreetPage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to MainStreetPage in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may update the date above and/or notify users in a reasonable way.
